The table below lists all the licensing fees and associated costs for maintaining your registration with the College. Not all fees listed apply to each registrant.

General Registration Fees
Initial General Registration Fee
Your initial General registration fee will be calculated according to the number of months remaining in the College’s registration year, which runs from November 1st to October 31st annually. This pro-rated fee applies to those who become General registrants under the following circumstances:
- After passing the Canadian Dietetic Registration Examination (CDRE)
- Returning to practise after formerly being registered as a General Registrant with the College.
- Labour Mobility – Registered as a Dietitian in another jurisdiction in Canada.
Annual Renewal Fee
Each year, your registration renewal fee is due on October 31.

Professional Corporation Fees
Initial Certificate of Authorization Registration Fee
Your initial Certificate of Authorization fee for your health professional corporation will be calculated according to the number of months remaining in the College’s registration year, which runs from November 1st to October 31st annually. This fee is separate from your individual RD registration fee.
Annual Renewal Fee
Each year, your corporation’s Certificate of Authorization renewal fee is due on October 31. This fee is separate from your individual RD annual renewal fee.

Professional Liability Insurance
You must have Liability Insurance in place if you are registered with the College and practise dietetics.

Labour Mobility Verification Form
For registrants of the College seeking registration in another Canadian dietetic jurisdiction. Please note that completed forms are only valid for 30 days; plan your application timelines with another Canadian regulator accordingly.
Verification Letters
For registrants of the College seeking a letter/form completion confirming registration history and conduct.
Reprinting Wall Certificates
For registrants requesting a reprinting of their hard copy wall certificate.
