The Ontario Dietitians Discipline Tribunal
The Ontario Dietitians Discipline Tribunal (ODDT) is CDO’s discipline committee established under the Health Professions Procedural Code. The ODDT is a neutral, independent, administrative tribunal that adjudicates allegations of professional misconduct or incompetence against dietitians referred by CDO’s Inquiries, Complaints, and Reports Committee.
The ODDT is part of a group of tribunals called the Health Professions Discipline Tribunals, which holds hearings for several health colleges in Ontario, using a shared set of rules and processes.
